About our store
Jewellery Supply Studio supplies jewellery-making materials, components and tools through this website. These terms apply to use of our website and purchases from our store.
Products and prices
Read the product description before ordering, including materials, finish, dimensions, quantity per pack and the unit of sale. For chain, check whether the price is for a stated length, a pack or another unit. Product photographs are a guide; screen settings may affect how colours appear.
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Delivery charges and the final order total are displayed at checkout before payment.
Orders and payment
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details and check your order before completing checkout. Payment is made using the payment methods available at checkout. If there is a stock or order issue, we will contact you to arrange a suitable solution, including a refund where appropriate or required by law.
If you need to correct or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated before dispatch. This does not limit any cancellation or other rights you have under applicable law.
Shipping and returns
See our Shipping policy for processing times and delivery information, and our Return and refund policy for change-of-mind returns and problems with an item.
Using our website
Please use this website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse customer information or infringe intellectual property rights. Contact us if you notice an error or a problem with the website.
Your information
Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is collected and used.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
